Do you ship from Canada?
Selected in-stock products ship from Edmonton, Alberta. Product pages and quote replies will clarify whether an item is in stock in Canada or available by quote.
What does Available by Quote mean?
It means the product can be supplied, but price, quantity, lead time, and shipping should be confirmed before ordering.
Are all Product Catalog items in stock?
No. Product Catalog includes both in-stock products and broader catalog items that may be sourced through manufacturing partners.
Can I order bulk quantities?
Yes. Send the SKU, quantity, destination postal code, and any documentation requirements through the quote form.
Do you provide invoices?
Yes. Invoices can be provided for business, school, and institutional purchases.
Are products sterile?
Some products are sterile or RNase/DNase-free, and others are non-sterile. Check the SKU specification or request confirmation before ordering.
Can you ship to the United States?
We can quote cross-border shipments depending on product, quantity, and carrier options.
Are product images exact?
Images are representative of the product series. Packaging, labels, and lot details may vary.
What information should I include in a quote request?

What if a product sells out?
In-stock products are tracked in Shopify. If stock runs out, it may disappear from the Shop In-Stock collection or show as unavailable until replenished.
